So much that when a DOUBLE RAPIST creep with shaved head and face/neck tattoos gets convicted of said rape and is headed to prison, he “decides” that he’s now a “she” and dresses like a woman and these NUMBNUTS in charge want to allow him to go to a women’s prison!
It sounds like there was such an outcry that the government had to quickly reverse themselves and ship the he/she back off to men’s prison where he belongs:

According to the documentaries I’ve seen, in the California DoC, homosexuals, transsexuals and similar groups are kept in their own units, for their safety.
If wearing a dress in the prison makes for a docile and engaged in educational programs inmate, I say “No, that dress doesn’t make your ass look huge.”

In CA they have placed men who claim to be trans women in womens prison and shockingly they have proceeded to assault the women. There are women who have sued the state over it. Not sure status of the lawsuits. Going to prison is shitty enough. Being sexually assaulted ( male or female) is not part of the sentence. Right now there’s a case of a warden getting prosecuted becuase he allegedly ran his own “rape club” in womens prison.
