In CA they have placed men who claim to be trans women in womens prison and shockingly they have proceeded to assault the women. There are women who have sued the state over it. Not sure status of the lawsuits. Going to prison is shitty enough. Being sexually assaulted ( male or female) is not part of the sentence. Right now there’s a case of a warden getting prosecuted becuase he allegedly ran his own “rape club” in womens prison. | |||
