I am an ACC fan and I wouldn't mind see UVA winning it all. Bennett is an outstanding coach who runs a clean program.

Go Kentucky!! Go Purdue.

And, GO (insert ANY team that is playing Duke)!!

SO far loved both the Wofford games, and the Duke UCF game was top notch.

Cry babies don’t win national championships and coach K, a former professor of mine, has the best NCAA win record of all time. Yeah, I guess crying got him there. Roll Eyes
His record has nothing to do with his knowledge of the game, hard work ethic and leadership capability; the latter perhaps instilled in him as a West Point alumnus... but only cry babies graduate from that institution, right? Roll Eyes
He’s coached 5 U.S. Olympic men’s basketball teams, turned down the prima donna NBA 5 times to remain at Duke where he & his wife have given generously (millions of $) to a non-profit designed to support children’s educational initiatives and conservative ethics... but only a cry baby does such a thing, right? Roll Eyes

I love coach K

I was lucky enough to meet him when I was a cadet at West Point

I was there when he won his first national championship, and he came back to the academy and on of my buddies was an army basketball player

I’ve always rooted for him...he could coach anywhere and I’d root for that team...and I will be rooting for him (in person) on Friday

Before the ACC and the NCAA really started preseason tournaments and such he would always bring duke to West Point so Army got a nationally televised game....he did that again this year and Army gave Duke a run for their money

I get Duke hatred....I’m a Patriots fan, so I experience that syndrome regularly....I also hate the Yankees...so I understand it from that side is well....but K is about as good a guy as they come

My meeting of Bobby Knight did not leave the same impression...but that’s a story for another time

I don't think anyone is questioning his ability as a coach or as a fine human being.

Wrong. Someone called him a cry baby as a pathetic excuse for their team and many others losing against DUKE, a character assassination that should not go unchallenged.

I love Coach K, too. I know someone with a disabled son who loves basketball and, in particular, Coach K. They went to see Duke play at Clemson several years ago. Someone let Coach K know the family was there and he took time after the game to meet the little boy and chat with him. The father said he was so kind and his son was thrilled.

Right now, my favorite players to watch are Zion at Duke and Coby White at UNC. White always looks like he's having the time of his life. And Zion can be a force of nature. I hope Zion stays at Duke another year because I'd like to see him play more. I despise the NBA and don't watch pro basketball, so I won't follow him after he leaves college ball.

No way Zion stays. But I do hope that Coby White stays. He is truly fun to watch.

It's fun watching the cameras focus on Coach K and Coach Williams -- the difference in personality is interesting.

Coach K seems almost emotionless most of the time I see him; Coach Williams seems very animated at times.

Edit: Coach K is pretty fired up right now! (Three minutes or so left in the game.)

And this Zion character is something!

God bless America.

We just got home from the LSU-MSU game, and Duke-VA Tech....man, that second one was a heck of a game...I can’t believe that kid from Texh missed....Tech beat Duke hands down on that play and just failed to execute

Too much information I am still processing

Zion is something else to see in person

I wish I could record my oldest son and his take on Zion,,,He is a 6’8 sophomore that is a division 1 recruit...not at the Duke level, but maybe Tech...we actually saw Justin Robinson’s older brother on Wednesday...he has coached and trained my son extensively

At any rate, I relay that because He just sees things I don’t. In some ways he is even more impressed with Zion after seeing him in person, and in some ways less....he said it was fantastic to get to watch him for a whole game, as opposed to only getting to see when the cameras are on him

We will be back for Duke-Sparty on Sunday. Izzo vs. K....should be a great game
