For anyone who has a Barnes & Noble “Nook” ereader, the book is available in that format. I have just started reading it, but will probably need to take it in small doses to keep my blood pressure under control.

Manhattan Institute is one of my consistent go-to's for commentary and MacDonald is one of the top voices I enjoy hearing from. Their City Journal podcast and site is time well spent.

Towards the end of the video, they give a solution to racism and what I keep telling my kids: be so much better that the racists have no choice but to admit or hire you.
