Manhattan Institute is one of my consistent go-to's for commentary and MacDonald is one of the top voices I enjoy hearing from. Their City Journal podcast and site is time well spent.

Towards the end of the video, they give a solution to racism and what I keep telling my kids: be so much better that the racists have no choice but to admit or hire you.
