sig2392Unexpected MA state Ruling citing Bruen
A man crossed the border into MA from NH.
Easy to do; you can be weaving across the border just driving some roads.
Gets into an accident and is arrested for carrying an unregistered gun without a permit.
NH is a constitutional carry state; MA is draconian, needing a permit and a gun in their database.
Found NOT GUILTY, citing Bruen. This could be a real ripple-effect ruling.
Newspaper right up.

Would the opposite not be a man from MA crossing the border into NH?
Sounds like a good judge.

Agreed, but even more significant is that the Commonwealth appealed, but their Supreme Judicial Court told them to take a hike.
