Interesting how cultural “norms” are defined by lines on the map and how men in some places can be expected to control their urges despite provocations while others can’t: Most of the Middle East, among others, comes to mind. Evidently some aspects of sharia law are less disturbing to some people than innocuous performance expressions of opinion.

I’m guessing that part of the issue is how many female nipples one has been exposed to. The more one sees, the less effect they have on one’s libido, which was the point of my comment about how some men see them every day and yet still manage to keep themselves under control (that’s a hint, boys).

The cynic in me says that the judge wanted to lock her up to shut down her political advocacy for the ERA and then backpedalled saying he didn’t have the background when it blew up in his face and totally played into her hands. I’d definitely score that one judge 0 (or -2 depending), and activist 1.

It's also the only flag with just red, white, blue, and a star.

While in Iraq, at the Baghdad airport, it was kind of discussed to not fly the American flag everywhere because we were not there to take over. There were many Texas flags flying.

Of course you're correct, on the main point, but your point will be lost on many people. However, I disagree that Rightwire doesn't care about the case. I think Rightwire cares, and likes the outcome, because he disagrees with her message. That attitude is precisely why 1st amendment protections are necessary.
