Yeah, I think I'm with you on this one. There are a whole lotta people who get arrested and released on bail pending their day in court who've committed far more egregious acts than showing a little boob. In our culture it’s considered as partial nudity and usually done in sexual settings, we don’t live in Africa. Having to be unclothed for medical procedures is a different animal since it’s an expectation. Nobody expects a sane woman to bare here breasts at any state capitol. There are serial killers and serial rapists aroused by lesser things. You make it seem normal if it’s not yet in our culture. Nevertheless I don’t agree with the judge. | |||

The problem with arresting her, and then trying to hold her without bond, is that it just give her more publicity. We all know that protests really don't matter. I see protest all the time. Maybe they get a blurb on the news, then are immediately forgotten. If she hadn't been arrested, she probably wouldn't have been on the news. The only reason she flashed some skin was explicity to get more publicity, and get on the news. By arresting her, and even more trying to hold her without bond, she got way more publicity than she otherwise would. Not that if they just let her do her shtick and leave, we would have likely never heard of her. | |||

What utter stupidly. We have an awesome flag (way better than the ugly ass MD flag that Marylanders put all over everything single thing they can). I love her protest, I may or may not agree with her, but I love what our flag stands for, and I love our First Amendment. Give her a fifty dollar ticket and let her go, or recognize her 1A Rights and let her off. It's not like she was flashing random 8 year olds and high on meth.
