Curious, what is the point of this thread? To list the symptoms of receiving an injection days/weeks afterward? Care to guess what the follow-up period is for a standard vaccine trial to demonstrate safety and efficacy?

1st 2 Pfizer no issues. Had the booster and flu shot together last thursday. Sore arm but didn't really care. Woke up Friday with a throbbing headache, neck ache, chills, and generally feeling crappy. By midday Saturday it was all pretty well cleared up.

The point of this thread, as stated in the title:
If you’ve gotten the vaccine, please report the effects here.
The OP is asking for personal experiences.
Of course the experiences and effects listed here are relatively short term. The long term effects are still unknown.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Two Pfizers long ago, and a booster about a month ago. Other than a sore arm each time, the 2nd shot gave me about six hours of chills. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.

Recent Pfizer #1 & #2 (October/November). Mild tenderness of the bicep with slight irritation/itchiness at the injection site. No other symptoms.

Wife and I both had Pfizer. She's late 30's no effects, I'm early 40's felt like complete shit for 12-18hrs about 12-18hrs after injection. Got our shots maybe 5-6mo ago?

No clue what future holds, can't imagine I'm going to try for a third attempt.

Moderna series in March. Boost on Nov 6.

Only experienced a slight soreness in the arm after each shot.

In my family and social circle the above was the norm for men. Almost all the ladies had the "flu like" symptoms after second shot.

Two shots for my wife and I in July. No effects that I'm aware of.

Just like it says... to get first hand accounts of people experiences with side effects.

Not, "heard if from a friend who.. heard it from a friend who..."

There all all sorts of "information" flying all over the media, internet, or any other form of communication. Some good, some bad, some outlandish. I've seen lots. I've seen people posting about tracking devices and other totally outlandish stuff. I've seen people claiming that people died from the vaccine or got horribly sick (usually like the above, they "heard" or "read online" or whatever.)

Nice to see first hand accounts of people's ACTUAL experience, not some nonsense passed around.

Wife and I both have two Pfizer shots, waiting for booster.

Sore arm after first shot.

However, I had the same reaction to the second Covid shot that I had with the second shingles shot.

Onset of symptoms was 14-18 hours after the shot. I begin to feel chills and within seconds, I am shaking, almost violently. I am chilled to the bone and nothing can warm me up. After the second Covid shot I recognized the onset and immediately took some Advil. This happened a couple of times. After 24-30 hours, no further problems.

Got the Pfizer Comerity(sp?) Monday (thanks SecDef, appreciate having that choice Roll Eyes) Monday at 3:30pm. By noon Tuesday, whole arm was sore and I felt feverish. Got home from work, was fevered, but that broke around 2am today. Felt fine this morning.

Caveat, I was down with Covid most of October, so that may have something to do with it.

I had two and then the booster from Pfizer. Was tired the next day and that is it. The wife had 2 Moderna and then the Moderna booster. First two had no affects, but she had a mild fever for a few hours after the booster. We both feel great now.

2 Pfizer resulted in nothing but a sore arm for a day or two.

Got Pfizer in Feb/Mar. My only complaint was lingering arm or shoulder soreness, but not much of a overall problem.

Also got my Pfizer booster the 1st week of October. I woke up the next morning and after breakfast, went back to bed and slept the better part of the next 18-32 hours. No other particular symptoms, but just really tired feeling. Timed perfectly for my retirement routine!

Got the booster, pfizer, Sunday. Slept all of Monday. Still tired, sore arm. I got a flu shot at the same time. Still running a slight temp. I nearly always have symptoms for several days after a flu shot. Hard to say which, or both.
