Used to be, when I'd see a girl that I like,
We have a cover band here in Ohio that travels all over the U.S. and even does a cruise once a year. They did this song when we saw them a couple times and they really had it right. They just do not play it all the time and I really like it. WE just saw them Friday night and they did a couple Righteous Bros. songs. I'd get out my book and write down her name. But when the grass got a little greener on the other side, I'd just tear out that page.
But then I fooled around and fell in love...

They didn't have the snap and drill team precision of modern song performances but, man, were they great!
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
