These were on the dash of an emergency response vehicle pictured responding to a house blown off a trailer on a highway nearby today. Never seen these before, hence my curiosity. Tried searching to no avail. FWIW we had gusts over 70 mph this afternoon.  Certifiable member of the gun toting, septuagenarian, bucket list workin', crazed retiree, bald is beautiful club!
