Grusha recipe: 3/4 cup pear infused vodka 3/4 cup elderflower liquer Pear puree Splash of prosecco Grated nutmeg All served over shaved or soft ice. I'll be attending a weekend family event. This will lubricate the experience substantially. I'll be driving and can bring all the ingredients, but ice will likely not stay ideal, even with modern uber coolers. I think there are a couple of fast food places that serve the nice, soft, cylinders of ice that will resell just ice. I can't remember which those are. Anyone know? Also, a PSA, beyond not drinking and driving, these are potent enough that they are immediately fatal to flies and insects that get drawn to it from the elderflower scent, so indoor drinking is best. _________________________ NRA Endowment Member _________________________ "Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. I've seen McDonald's selling ice at the drive through. | |||

Sonic sells the ice you seek. Another option is to purchase a chunk of dry ice to keep your ice cold while underway. Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! Thanks! Couldn't remember if it was Sonic or Rally's. _________________________ NRA Endowment Member _________________________ "Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
