That is not everyday uniform. That is dress uniform. Every day is essential a blue button down shirt and tie. To me the dress uniform looks silly, the everyday dress looks professional. And it wasn't staties that pulled this guy over, it was locals. I live -3 miles from this stop. Once he told them he had a gun, he was going to jail. Thats the way it is here. Arrest everyone let the courts sort it out.

Yep, NJ's law make possession of any firearm illegal. They are only legal if you mean certain exceptions. So when it comes to a firearm you get arrested and have to prove to a judge that you were within the exceptions. Great isn't it? A Constitutionally protected right is illegal, and you are guilty until proven innocent. But yet somehow the NJSC turns a blind eye to this and the USSC time and time again fails to take up a case. Update on case, Hollow point possession charge dropped. Well because he didn't have hollow points. https://reason.com/2020/03/10/...has-permit-to-carry/

Well, they came to their senses and dropped all charges against Mr. Twyne this afternoon "in the interest of justice." The article says there was a huge outcry. I hope he and his attorney sue the shit out of the Prosecutors Office. If you read the article (link below) the Prosecutor is maintaining that the arrest was proper and within the law. If that's true, why did they drop the charges? He is still out of his job. I hope they hire him back. https://www.nj.com/union/2020/...4JWUPNDDf_ZLyC5K6D48
