That's an interesting and thought-provoking analysis, DrDan. It's just unfortunate that our 'partners' in local government in these blue cities are often radicals themselves. The insurrectionist behavior is inspired, encouraged, and then mitigated by these progressive politicians and our progressive media. In our country the Feds have zero influence on media.. they won't even tone down the rhetoric when asked. I believe we will muddle through this the same way we muddled through the 2020 riots. At the end of the day, we will still have blue cities all over the country that effectively are in rebellion against the enforcement of federal law.

What is the point of the people returning table salt at Target? I don't get it. Salt melts ice, they are returning salt, so they like ICE? Is this happening at stores besides Target?

If they want to stand in line for a couple hours at Target, have at it. Target should just say all food items are non-returnable. I wonder how many of these people are public school teachers or gov't employees.

Portland PD Issues Criminal Summons for Anti-Ice Protester Outside Hotel

The Portland Police Department issued a criminal summons for one of the protesters who gathered outside a Residence Inn on Thursday night, causing a disturbance and banging on a drum set because they believed ICE agents were staying at the hotel.

At approximately 10:07 p.m., Portland Police responded to the Residence Inn at 145 Fore Street after reports that a crowd of roughly anti-ICE protesters had gathered outside the hotel.

The crowd, apparently believing ICE agents were staying inside, caused a disturbance in the lobby, blew whistles, and even brought a drum set to make noise, with the apparent goal of preventing ICE agents from sleeping, and without regard for anyone else trying to sleep in the hotel or the surrounding area...
