This leads to a question I've had all day, and brings a second one.

First, I heard early in the reporting on this event yesterday that there was a passenger in the SUV, then suddenly there wasn't a single further mention. So ... it appears now there was a passenger?

And second, if am I reading this right, this is a wife-wife situation?

None of the video or images immediately after the point the SUV comes to a stop show anyone in the passenger seat, or being detained.

Had someone been in the passenger seat, they would have either been pulled and cuffed, or more likely pulled and taken to the ground, and it would be obvious in some image or footage.

But "stories" that the "wife" was in the passenger seat, covered in the driver's blood, or walking around crying are being posted.

Nothing supports that at this point.

EDITED TO CORRECT:

I see now that the "wife" is the one shadowing the Officer that fired, in the plaid jacket and white hat, and the video of her and the dog in the video where the guy recording "assumed" she may have been in the car, or "tried to render aid", and that is likely how the posts saying she was in the car originated.

Whether or not the public narrative is corrected, the video/photo evidence and witness testimony will be all that matters for investigation.

Wasn't this agents first bad experience with a vehicle. The agent who did the shooting was dragged 100 yards when his arm got caught in a car an illegal was operating when he tried to flee from the scene. Happened in June of last year in Bloomington Mn. He was hospitalized and had 30 some stitches in his arm.

I'm afraid Vance just gave fodder for charging the ICE agent. He said something along the lines of the agent being especially aware of vehicular assault since he had been drug and injured previously. With that it will distract from his actions being according to training received, and more about him being vindictive following a previous incident.

Probably would have been brought up anyway, but now they have Vance quotes and videos to display.

President Trump forced the NYT reporter to view a clip of the woman hitting the ICE officer with with her car before the ICE officer shot her. I don’t see that in these freeze frames.

And Wife B (not the dead one, who will call Wife A) was one of the persons recording, which I believe is one of the videos which have been shown. Wife A was the lead car in the Fuck with ICE circus convoy all day.

Oh, and the officer who shot was the one who was dragged 300 yards by another motorist a couple months ago when they were trying to arrest that driver. In that incident, the officer sustained over 30 stitches. It may or may not be a factor but the stupid dead idiot drove a vehicle at officer(s) while eluding arrest. His intent since he approached the vehicle (note he was not standing directly in front of the vehicle with his pistol out, which is what most of the Police policies cited here prohibits, which doesn't matter as it is a policy, not the law) with his pistol holstered and only drew and fired after vehicle was coming at him is the only thing that legally matters.

So, in this case a reasonable and objective officer would know that a vehicle coming at them while accelerating is a dangerous and deadly instrument, capable of inflicting death or serious bodily harm. Now, I have no doubt that the North Little Somila DA will try to indict the officer and charge him in state court, but this might not work out like the railroading of Derek Chauvin. I do believe it might be time for the current Justice Department to dust off the Consent Decree and have an investigation in North Somila Police Department and DA office.

Not much info at all out there about Renee Nicole Good's husband, Timmy Ray Macklin Jr or his cause of death.

Interestingly, his obit in 2023 from Oregon City, Oregon just south of Portland, doesn't mention a cause of death at the age of 36, nor a steady gig he worked at nor even being survived by a wife.

Does say he retired from the Air Force after 14yrs.

Pelosi, AOC, Tampon Tim and the rest of their ilk are using this woman's death to get their useful idiots foaming at the mouth to protest. At best, their goal is to give time to the same people who were creating false records during MN's audit.
