These peotestors are generally at the federal building in DTLA however, what they don't realize is that ICE has no presence in the building.

Im watching the livestreams and hearing the usual "Viva la raza!" and holding signs that say, "Respect our existence or prepare for our resistance."

Mayor Bass ans Newsom want the chaos and the ability to riot as an overt expression of existence. They aren't doing anything the stop the violence. LA City Council is fueling the protests saying they shoukd continue with equal force as ICE brings.

This type of immigration enforcement is long overdue. People who are here illegally and have been convicted of crimes that at the time made them subject to deportation need to go.

Being in SoCal, I'm reading the sob stories but they all knew or should have known this day was coming.

Well, this is it. I sure-as-hell wish this happened 20 years ago, I'm too old to effectively participate in the festivities I'm looking forward to!

It's not America. It's Los Angeles.

Both the Governor and LA Mayor swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the US first, then the state constitution, and in Mayor case, the city charter.

By supporting and facilitating the violent obstruction of ICE and other Feds in the process of taking illegal aliens into custody they have violated their oath.

Need to make examples of anyone who crosses the line from “protest” to violence or inciting others to violence as well as arresting those who aid and abet anyone in remaining in this country unlawfully.

I understand that, but hope the 80%+ of us are willing to do what it takes to protect against this change.

Couldn’t Newsom and Bass be impeached for violating their oaths and supporting/facilitating the current protests/riots?

I understand where you are coming from I’d rather see the guard coming in hard and make it very clear where the acceptable behavior line is. If some mostly peaceful folks get some serious beatdowns and get to spend some quality time in the hospital, it wouldn’t chap my hide.
