A green 1953 Chevrolet. 14-15 years old. Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming…......WOW! WHAT A RIDE! | |||

You can't go home again |
Cool thread! 1977 Chrysler Lebaron. My dad would take me on the weekend to the train station near our house. He let me drive around the big parking lot for hours while he read the Sunday papers in the passenger seat. A couple weekends in when he was feeling like I could control the car well, knew where the corners were and was getting smooth, he asked me if I wanted to drive it home? I'll never forget the shock I felt, "Wait, you went me to do what??!!" Good memories! --------------------------------------- Life Member NRA “If you realize that all things change, there is nothing you will try to hold on to.
