Jewish voters back Biden over Trump

Poll shows approval for incumbent’s performance

Marc Ramirez

USA TODAY

Jewish voters strongly support President Joe Biden’s handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict and would trust him over former President Donald Trump to fight growing antisemitism, a national poll has found.

About three-fourths (74%) of Jewish voters approve of Biden’s handling of the ongoing conflict, according to the poll of 800 Jewish voters conducted from Nov. 5 to Nov. 9. Meanwhile, more than two-thirds (68%) said they would support Biden over Trump, the presumptive Republican candidate – slightly less than the portion (74%) who said they voted for Biden in 2020.

About two-thirds (66%) of Jewish voters said they approved of Biden’s performance as president, while a recent USA TODAY/Suffolk University survey showed Biden’s overall job approval at just 40%.

I'm going to call bullshit on this.

"Who" and "Where" did they actually survey?
I see a lot of American Jews leaning more right at this time. But this article being from USA Today, I'm not surprised by their results. "Figures lie and liars figure".

I approve of Bidens job on Isreal/Hamas conflict. I am incredibly surprised both that I'm typing these words and that Biden and most of his administration is standing firm in their support for Isreal.

Biden's support for Israel is equivocal. That's pretty obvious, at least to me.

His initial stance "seemed" pro-Israel, but it was only a day or two later he started waffling with the "pause" BS.

Considering that this is his only policy I have agreed with him on, understand I am grading him on a curve. So considering all of his F's, his B is really a D brought up by the curve. You have to remember he's committing political suicide among the far left and Hamas constituency of his party. His support for Isreal is the final nail in his reelection hopes.

I would not grade politician X as favorably as I am Biden, just compared to how bad his policy has been. I figured his support would have waned way faster than it has.

This is 100% accurate IMO

Nothing that Biden does seems to be of the Biden of old

Everything he has done for 3+ years now has Obama's fingerprints all over it

Yep, he's also pro-Palestine (which doesn't exist).
It's purely political. The American Jews are all Democrats, but so are all of these campus radical Hamas supporters.
So...

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

The Biden admin is playing Israel.

And before anyone comes back with "some people are never happy", don't.

What Israel does for America in terms of intelligence sharing, information and innovation of technology both military and non-military, tactics, protocol and procedure and being a very powerful presence and forward position in a strategic location, as well as a valuable customer of military purchase.

It's not like some ex-wife and never ending, wallet draining alimony.

Although that is the trope which is inferred.

Yeah that first round was a hint to "re-position" but HamAss idiots were too stupid to do that. I hope they enjoyed the brief roller coaster ride as the building came down.

Not sure if they could "re-position" fast enough. Looks to me like they needed to fire A shot and GTFO. I like the IDF tactics, no fucking around.

Suffolk University is in Boston, poll was probably conducted in Brookline, Newton, Sharon, Wayland and Wellesley. Very high Jewish population and as Blue as Massachusetts can be. The hate for President Trump in the these communities of tolerance is astounding, they'd support Idi Amin over President Trump.

Of course, it's likely bullshit. But if they repeat a lie often enough...

If you think the preezy actually supports Israel, the 1st thing you need to realize is that no matter what he says, he doesn't support Israel. At the very least, he's just been too damn busy trying to help Iran.

One of his first actions when he came into office was to attempt to reenter the JCPOA. As a result, sanctions waivers were issued that allowed Iran to sell billions of dollars worth of oil, since the Ukraine war kicked off that oil was almost exclusively sold to China. That $6BN deal a few months back is a red herring, is a drop in the bucket, compared to what Iran has been pulling in in oil sales over the last several years.

Anything that helps fund Iran actually funds Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthi's, which I can assure you DOES NOT help Israel. Speaking of the Houthi, did you know the Trump admin designated them a terror organization in Jan 2021 just before leaving office? Just over a month later, the Biden admin lifted that designation against Ansarallah, aka, the Houthi...

Joe Biden(Obama 2.0) supported/s all things Iran, which is the exact opposite of supporting Israel.

For fuck's sake

OK, listen closely to this clip from CBS. How subtle they are. First, Herridge talks about potential attacks in New York and how police are protecting synagogues, but listen carefully to the what she says after that.
