I have 4 cups of frozen blueberries, vacuum sealed, that were defrosted and unused. So I'm looking for suggestions as to what I can do with them.
TIA

Easy simple stuff would be pie, muffins, pancakes…
I did a black and blue cheesecake once that was dang good.

It's hard to find bran muffins anymore and I'm not as big a fan of raisins as some so I do blueberry bran muffins.

This Recipe
-Use 1/2 Cup(+) blueberries
-Replace the veg. oil w/ a 3.9 oz "No Sugar Added" cinnamon apple sauce pack.

I get 11 med. muffins from this.

If they are small wild blueberries, I'd go for muffins or pancakes. Larger blueberries I would make a topping for cheesecake or a lemon-blueberry cake.

Pick up some peaches and make a blueberry-peach cobbler. They are awesome together.

Alternatively, I’d make a small batch of blueberry jam, or even blueberry syrup to use on pancakes later.

If the quantity suffices, blueberry cobbler with rum, lime, cardamom.

We love to have them thawed out and mixed with vanilla yogurt, maybe a sliced banana thrown in.

If you really want to bake, blueberry pie is an option. If you have some frozen raspberries, throw them in too.

My mother used to make blueberry short cake. Same cake as strawberry, she just used blueberries instead. She also made it with peaches. This was many years ago. She used the Bisquick recipe and what ever fruit she thought would work. It always involved vanilla ice cream and home made whipped cream. But I think all of the ideas above are good.
