Yep - Ms. sigarmsp226 said to me - “Mark, how about you cook us another one of those bacon wrapped boneless turkey breasts like you did at Thanksgiving and while you are at it cook an extra one for my mom and dad”...

So two hours later here we have two BACON wrapped boneless turkey breasts...Both are now resting and will be sliced in about 20 minutes and distributed to the In-Laws while some will remain at this home for evening consumption....Mark

Damn it. I really opened this thread thinking I was going to see bacon and titties. Oh well.

Nevertheless, that looks delicious.

I've always wanted to try wrapping some dove breasts after a hunt and cook them on the grill like that.

Clickbait and switch. Razz

Just kidding, those look great. What did you use for fuel in your grill?

I did a bacon weave turkey breast maybe ten years ago, and we loved how it turned out. It kept the turkey really moist, imparted a nice flavor, and the texture variation between the two was a nice change. Need to do another one sometime.

Opened up this thread after climbing into bed. The grill picture is a crime as I now want to patter into the kitchen and make me a bacon sandwich.

Is this considered baking or basket weaving 101? Big Grin
That had to take quiet a bit of time to wrap in bacon!

Looks very delicious.
