Two years ago I had just finished cooking dinner and had sat down to eat. And I noticed my heart seemed to skip half a beat. Not uncommon, my whole life that's happened every now and then. Only this time it did it again about two beats later. And it kept doing it. Instead of every now and then, or every few minutes, but every few seconds. I did the stupid "maybe it'll go away" Roll Eyes but about 45 minutes later I was driving myself to the hospital. By then I couldn't breathe and it felt like someone was standing on my chest. I assumed I was having a heart attack or something. It takes A LOT for me to even go to the doctor. Family and friends were shocked and frankly frightened to learn that I took myself to the ER.

Already too long story shot, it took some time and another worse trip to the ER a couple days later, but I figured out it was all anxiety related. (I had no idea I had any problems with it) So just because you don't think you know people with it.. heck they may not even know they have it.

Two years later, I can't say I'm good. In many ways I'm much much worse, but it's not manifesting itself they way it was. I know about it and at least it's not killing me without me knowing it like it was.

As for the CALM ap, I downloaded a few free ones, didn't see anything I thought was worth keeping or paying to upgrade. Some were just silly to the point of cringe worthy. lol

Some people are just miserable, and they can’t stand that others aren’t. So, any claim of being happy, not having anxiety, etc must be a lie.

The fact that you are happy, and hang out with happy people really pisses them off for some reason.

Fact is, some people’s anxiety would be much less if they would spend less time on the www.

I'm not sure what's going on but I don't know a single person who I work with that's under 35 not say they have anxiety and depression.
