Anyone have a good one to recommend?
Would rather go with wireless and use my fast charger when I need a charge vs the slower charging via USB to run AA.

I first tried the Motorola MA1 adapter, but it was slow to connect, would drop about once a month, and eventually totally died after about a year.

I now use one from AAWireless, and it's super fast and stable, and a huge improvement.

Mine is the discontinued prior generation ("One") but this is the latest generation AAWireless "Two" adapter: https://a.co/d/0iK4Orth

Thanks for the rec, and for one that you've used.
Luckily, my USBs are switched, so I don't have to worry about it being on all the time.
AA drops as soon as you turn the car off, reverts to the factory UI & whatever audio source was selected.

My wife and I both have these and two of my buddies do. I've only had to unplug it and plug it back in once to get it to connect - otherwise it's connected by the time the screen comes up.

One item of note - the plug is a USB A plug. To connect to a USB C port you have to use the included adapter which makes it stick out much farther.

Thanks, I do like the more compact & cordless option.
My ports are USB-A

Had USB-C in my Explorer & it would fast charge while running AA.

Any chance you can measure the size from the top edge of the USB plug, to the top of the device? Small space in my Legacy & want to be sure it'll fit before ordering.

Edit: Saw one of the reviews had video in a Legacy/Outback, same setup as mine. Much smaller than the Amazon photos make it seem.
