Nope... Insomnia and severe apnea cause me little sleep and shitty sleep when it does happen

Don't weep for the stupid, or you will be crying all day

Revisiting the old thread... the last year or so, it seems for the first time in my life I am able to fall sleep with relative ease and speed. However pain from being in the same position wakes me up every hour or two. And of course now midway through the night, that change in position causes me to have to get up to pee. Roll Eyes

I slept for a year, maybe more, in a hammock. Muscular/skeletal was, it was wonderful. No pain, no tossing and turning. When I would occasionally sleep in a bed, in the morning I felt like I'd been hit by a truck. However I wasn't sleeping well as it turned out. Sleeping exclusively on my back lead to snoring/apnea type nights that while physically enjoyable, weren't very healthy. Iwas always tired because of it.

As for tinnitus, I think it might help. Like having ambient nose.

I used to sleep very well but the past 6 months have not been good.
Did something to my shoulder or it's just arthritis that hurts most nights. Also did something to my left knee that will hurt sometimes.
I'll fall asleep relatively easily but I'll wake up 2-3 times a night.
Earlier in 2019, like the beginning, I would go to sleep and stay asleep. Doctor's visits are coming up.

I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I'm not.

I have it. Bad. But, I run a fan and sleep all night.
