curious as to how many sleep w/o any interruptions

no potty breaks, no drink breaks, no baby breaks, no apnea breaks, no nothing

thanks for taking the time to add

Question:
when you lay down to go to sleep , do you sleep all the way through ?

until you get up to start the day ?

Choices:
yes, absolutley , all night long
...........
no, not even close

I can vote a very definitive... "It depends".

Some nights I sleep like the dead, other nights not so much.

Well depends on the definition. I fall asleep without issue on most days but I find that I'm generally getting 6-7 hours max. I work all night though so its easy to be awoken during the day.

I often wake up for a short time about 0300 or thereabouts and then go back to sleep, but I virtually never get up until I get up for good.

Been a long time since I slept through the night without a couple trips to the bathroom. I’m generally good for about 3 hours at a stretch.

I work nights at my real job. Between the day to day sounds of the world, my 1.5 year old dog, wife's cat, and regularly having to get up and sign for FedEx or UPS deliveries for my FFL, I don't sleep very sound or very long. Haven't for years. You just get used to it. Sometimes, on nights off, I'll sleep all through the night and then some.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Sleep through the night he sez...You a funny guy!

Not in years. A good night is only 2 or 3 times. Half a dozen or more happens fairly often.

Most of it is old age, some of it is the diuretic BP meds I'm on.

Diet too, and not just liquids. If I eat a bunch of grapes in the afternoon, I might as well get a catheter...

I’m usually asleep within a minute of hitting the hay. I drink three large glasses of milk and/or tomato juice before bed, so have to get up during the night for a piss. I usually sleep about seven hours.

Usually asleep when my head hits the pillow but due to being mid-seventies and a misspent youth, I have acky shoulders, back, a hip, and a knee ( do not decide the best way down from a OTR trailer is to just jump). No matter how I lay, something is going to start hurting and I have to shift.

Just another day in paradise.

I fall into my lounge chair around 0300 or so and fairly soon fall asleep watching TV. I'll wake up after 3 to 5 hours for a potty break and then resume in the chair for another 4-6 hours (depending on what day it is--a few days I have to be up before 1000). I also take naps during the day if I need it. (Being fully retired is wonderful. . . .)

I'm another one that works nights. So half the time I sleep 0730-1430 and nights off 0100-0800. Can't remember the last time I didn't get up to pee at least twice in that time period. Getting older sucks.

I go to bed about 10:00 every night. Read for about 30 minutes, shut off the iPad and go right to sleep.

Some nights I’ll wake up several times, roll over and go right back to sleep.

Some nights, I’ll roll over, and start thinking about something and I’ll be awake for 2 or 3 hours.

Probably a couple nights per week I’ll actually sleep all night.

I fall asleep in 2 or 3 minutes and sleep like the dead. I naturally wake up about 8-8:30 no matter when I go to bed, but my schedule has me up at 5 every day, so when I do get a chance to catch up I’ll sleep a solid 10 hours.

I have a hard time getting to bed before midnight. Usually wake up about 2 or 3 am and lay there awake for an hour with a bathroom break in there somewhere. I rarely sleep past 7 or 7:30. Not great, not terrible.
