Chaffetz to Take Immediate Leave of Absence For Medical Emergency
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/...l-emergency-n2319279House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz announced late Wednesday that he will be taking an emergency medical leave of absence from Congress for up to a month.
“Almost 12 years ago, I shattered several bones in my foot which required 14 screws and a metal plate to repair. Yes, I wish I could say I was cliff diving in Mexico but the truth is I fell off a ladder while repairing something in my garage.
The University of Utah doctors now recommend immediate surgery to remove all the hardware or I could be at risk for serious infection," the congressman wrote in an Instagram post.

Not surprised at all by this. I think everyone kinda saw this coming.
I mostly appreciated his efforts in office.

PDI'm confused. He's too fucked up to work in the Congress but he's not too fucked up to sign a big contract with Fox? Is he getting the same disability package as Jesse Jackson jr?
I don't care what side you're on. Fuck all these assholes. Is he the one who's pushing for a $30K per year housing allowance?

ShifferbrainsI have a feeling that he will be pretty critical of Trump. I've lost a lot of respect for him in recent months.
