Back in the 70’s and 80’s a good wood shampoo was liberally applied. It was later found to be unkind to various wood species, including Hickory, so it was stopped. We now have a conversation about everything so this took almost 30 minutes for what what should have taken 10 minutes at most. | |||

That's my feeling as well. He wasted way too many departmental resources. That's time and manpower that may have been needed elsewhere. Generally speaking, do these fruitcakes believe that they are truly sovereign (country all on their own), or that they are fully covered by the Constitution but selectively reject rules, laws, taxes, fees, that they feel are unjust? I'm sure there is a percentage that truly believe it, but I have no doubt there is a large number that are just lazy, agitating, criminal, obstructionist, or just hope they will wear down law enforcement on individual contacts to just say "Get out of here and don't come back". From watching the video, I would wager a good sum of money that there is also a mental illness component with this person. I would say that in this case he actually believes it, mostly due to illness and reduced mental capacity.
