Looking now at flying into Reagan on 4/6, doing DC on 4/7, drive to Winchester on 4/7, fly out of Dulles on 4/10. Flights were considerably (4-500 total)cheaper on 4/10 than 4/9.
Need to look at using airline miles & see if that can get us back on 4/9 reasonably.
