Not only that, but in Jersey one must get a permit for each and every gun he buys. Even my sister who is a sheriff’s deputy in New Jersey must apply for a pistol permit every time she wants to buy a new firearm.

This is a bill, not a law. It still has some hurdles to clear before becoming a law. With that out of the way, how do they plan to implement the search history part? Doesn't that require physical access to the device(s)? If it's a home desktop, are LEOs going to go to peoples' homes to search them? They would also have to have a computer forensics technician to retrieve the info, because clearing history doesn't remove it from the hard drive.

It's not wholly anonymous, and what seperates a place like this from Facebook certainly but plenty of other social media, is that community and reputation mean something.
