Now how about ballast juice for the rear tires ?

I never understood why folks would fill their rear tires with some mess for ballast. I keep a blue barrel with a 3 point drawbar embedded in 800lbs of concrete attached most of the time. It is also handy for carrying an assortment of handy tools. The picture shows it without the quick hitch, which I added later and which is a godsend for 3 point implements.
