I've dealt with carb icing on my old Cessna 172 but on a truck motor never. I guess living down South has a few advantages. How do you treat that? Extended idle? or engine block heater?

Heated spacer plate under the carb plumbed into the coolant system.

No, but the stupid tide raises all boats. Like Gunbroker, people go on there, see a price (not realizing it's been on there for years because it's over priced) then price theirs based on that. That happens a few times and soon that's the new going rate.
