The states, in general, never set up a system like was set up nationally under the constitution. So if the majority of the population piles into one corner of the state, they still get to outvote the rest of the state.

Here is an updated list on counties have passed or are considering voting on sanctuary City statuses. I'm surprised to see Loudoun is on the list given our recent shake up for Board of Supervisors. Time to start bugging my representative (he's a D) and chairwoman.
