A buddy of mine would be a shoe in to winning. Nana pudding was his absolute favorite food in the world.

Unfortunately he passed away way to young, one of the best humans I have ever known. He was truly a Saint walking amongst us mear mortals.

My wife has a former coworker she's good friends with that makes banana pudding with Chessmen cookies instead of Nilla wafers and IMO it's SO much better!

Was about to post similar.
Coworker in our lab is the resident desert maker. She uses Chessmen in hers too & it's great!

Man...fresh, day old, two days old, it don't matter.

Hell, who am I kidding...it never lasts two days in our house.

A banana pudding festival sounds like a good time. The Chessman hack is a welcome tip. It is better the next day, and I don't even require bananas in my serving.

Yeah, you are right about that. I've learned to ask questions before ordering a dish. I well remember the last time I was about to order a bowl at a restaurant, the waiter proudly told me that it has crushed walnuts in it!! That's just not right.
