Odds are if the shooter gets out on bond, he will get popped by a family member or friend/gang member of the victim. This little dispute will probably end up with 4 to 6 bodies attached to it once all the retaliations are done.

Once the kid was down and out of the fight, everything that follows is stone-cold murder. The shooter looks like he anticipated the confrontation and prepared accordingly, malice aforethought.
