Glad you were not severely injured. I stepped the wrong way coming down the stairs at my house Sunday afternoon - no fall or even a stumble and my knee hurt for the entire next day Wink

Some falls can happen at any age.

I took a tumble a couple weeks ago too. I missed my nose and hit my forehead instead.
