Yep. Class of 1957, E.L. Meyers, Wilkes Barre, Pa. A dead end town with dead end jobs. Last reunion I went to was 20 years ago. ********* "Some people are alive today because it's against the law to kill them".

"Tell us about the food!" by RichardC well at this particular get together it was pretty typical bar food. https://www.zmenu.com/genisios...oodhull-online-menu/ I have not had a bad meal there in 12 visits. 70% of the time they go to an actual real restaurant Safety, Situational Awareness and proficiency. My high school class (1955) had 479 graduates. I made it to the 50th Reunion in 2005, but was unavailable for the 60th in 2015 (in Europe with the church choir). I hope I'm still erect and able for the 70th (if there even is one). flashguy Texan by choice, not accident of birth

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Interesting word choice here{erect} as opposed to upright or above ground. A physician friend of mine who is 86 was talking about attending his 60th medical school reunion. Someone asked him if he was the only one there.

First thing the thread title made me think of. Not my class, but that song always gets me a bit dusty, as several of theirs tend to do. I have my own style of humor. I call it Snarkasm.

Seriously, I felt like this: A rope over the top of a fence has the same length on each side, and weighs one-third of a pound per foot. On one end hangs a monkey holding a banana, and on the other end a dead-weight equal to the weight of the monkey. The banana weighs 2 ounces per inch. The length of the rope in feet is the same as the age of the monkey, and the weight of the monkey in ounces is as much as the age of the monkey’s mother. The combined ages of the monkey and its mother are 30 years. One-half the weight of the monkey, plus the weight of the banana is one-fourth the sum of the weights of the rope and the dead-weight. The monkey’s mother is one-half as old as the monkey will be in when it is three times as old as its mother was when she was one-half as old as the monkey will be when it is as old as its mother will be when she is four times as old as the monkey was when it was twice as old as its mother was when she was one-third as old as the monkey was when it was as old as its mother was when she was three times as old as the monkey was when it was one-fourth as old as it is now. How long is the banana in inches?
