KLGUYCowboy Candy recipe needed
My Jalapeños are ripe and I can’t find my cowboy candy recipe any more.
The last batch I made was 2023 and I remember it being a fairly simple recipe, nothing fancy, just sweet and slightly sour/tangy Jalapeños.
I’ve been checking YouTube and every recipe says it’s the best, a lot of them seem to incorporate far more ingredients than I remember.
It’s hard to filter all the bullshit recipes and find something classic.
Anyway, if someone here has a good classic recipe I’d be happy to hear it.

GustoferI've used
this one.I found it to be really good, and even better was the BBQ sauce, linked to on the page, using leftover syrup from the candy.

GeorgeairThis one from Hey Grill, Hey! is what I've been using for years. Really good and simple too!
Bonus points for aggravating my BIL who runs a food blog and hates her dominance in the space.....
Maybe it's because she's easier on the eyes than him....For the sake of family peace, their blog is here, but no similar recipe....

KLGUYThanks to all of you, I’ll go with the one Georgeair uses as it has the least ingredients.
