One of my grandchildren who is now 8 is interested in Guns and bows. I taught him to shoot a bow a couple summers ago. Last summer I showed him how to properly handle and shoot a BB gun. He then went with us to our Tri-State Gun collectors Assn. picnic and entered in the BB gun shoot. He did not win a prize but shot very good. He asked me if he could shoot a .22 and I told him not yet as he does not follow all the safety rules as he should yet. My oldest Grandson shot in a pistol club in college and now has two of his own pistols and is really getting into it. If he comes visiting this summer, I will get him into ARs. I love to set these kids right about guns, rights, politics and politicians. Once you open their eyes, they can see these things for themselves.
