Success always occurs in private, and failure in full view.

From the video:
One in seven guns in the US is owned in California.

If true, that amazes me.

I think that must be based on the ones that can be counted. I don't think I'd trust that analysis.

Its not that hard to believe.
Largest state population wise, gun owners here are not the casual type. Chances are if you own a gun you own 12 or more. Smile Im willing to be Law enforcement is somehow included in that list.

I wonder if this has any benefit for those of us here in Mass. It is currently against the law to have ammo shipped to a residence here.

Sorry for the ignorant question, but does this affect in-store purchases?

When a Federal judge has to tell you that "the Second Amendment is not a 'loophole'" and further cites "Carnac the Magnificent" while ruling against you, you have been well and truly bitch-slapped.

Right now it's basically cash and carry like how it used to and should always be.

As anti-gun the CA gov. is here, there are a lot of guns here. I wouldn't be surprised that CA may be the biggest reason why Glock still keeps around the Gen3 guns as those are the only ones that regular citizens can purchase new here.

I like where you're thinking but, Judge Benetiz needs to stay in-place and continue to overturn idiotic 'laws'/regulations in the 9th circuit along with influencing & mentoring young clerks who will eventually become judges themselves.

Yup, spoke to a Glock rep at SHOT years ago and he said the same, 'Glock will continue to make Gen3 models specifically for the CA market.'

I would imagine orders pending with ammo retailers, especially those made on Thurs and Fri will be cancelled.

Whats disappointing is that one of the two Judges to reverse the stay is a 9th circuit Trump appointee- Judge Bennet. 27 Republicans voted against his confirmation due to past anti-2A policies.
