The now gun-less guy got to either be high on something or is short of a neuron or two, although the possibility of being both are more than likely. Not only does he follow the gun snatcher, but he was clearly unaware of the AR pistol the accomplice was carrying.

Certainly not worth risking his life to get his gun back. At that point, move on and get the hell out of there.

Just because you have the right to bear arms doesn't mean you automatically have the skills and mindset to do so responsibly.

A gun is not some magical talisman that will keep bad things away.

You are thinking correct. There are people who have no business exercising all manner of rights. Speech is an obvious one but the consequences aren’t as severe as, say, reproduction.

One of the best things people who support the second amendment can do is acknowledge the significant responsibility inherent in possessing a firearm and acknowledge that certain people just aren’t up to the task.

Unbelievable that someone would carry a gun like that just asking for it to be taken away, but people never cease to amaze me in the dumb crap they do.

Ever since Texas passed open carry in 2021, I think I have probably seen 2-3 people since that time carry openly. People have their choice, but obviously concealed is much better and even open carried in Texas it would be illegal how he had it. Texas requires it to be in a holster.

With rare exception, almost everyone I see open carrying ( pretty common here in AZ) is doing so in a haphazard way. Cheesy Walmart belt, barely adequate nylon holster bouncing around on the hip, easily snatched

Same way here. Another thing they all have in common is they have zero awareness of what goes on around them. I’m actually really surprised that “theft from Fudd” isn’t more common. Right now, the most common theft is leaving loaded guns in unlocked vehicles, and then being totally surprised when it goes missing. In 2025.

45CAL and friends had me practice over and over and over the art of deceptive concealment and using it.

I watched it a few more times. At 2:47 on the right side of the screen you can see back pocket boy hopping around on one leg, so he did take at least 1 round. You can hear 7 shots in the beginning, his own gun used against him? Then it sounds like 40 more rounds? AR backpack boy likely mag dumped all 30, and 1 more pistol joining in. Crazytown, for sure.

To me it sounds like a volley of 7 shots, then followed by 10-12 rounds, then the woman knocking on an internal door rapidly.
