Well, he's an arrogant prick and a bully.

We don't want you and we don't need you, ASSHOLE.

This is what you did to yourself with your little fucking tantrum, Mister Big Shit:

Sarasota candidate threatens to end officer’s career during traffic stop, apologizes

Martin Hyde appears to end congressional campaign after traffic flap

But, it was worth it, wasn't it, fuckstick. Oh, yeeeeeeah, baby! It was worth it! Huh? Yeah. Sack of shit.

He sounds like a real piece of work, starts off here “apologizing” then turns it into a “poor little me” thing then by the end is smearing the local Republican Party there.

LMAO, what a piece of shit

That "apology" was just plain weird. It's not just that he's got a chip on his shoulder and it's not just that he appears to be- in my layman's opinion- a true narcissist; there's something beyond that. This guy is just plain fucking weird, and, I think, not very bright at all. He strikes me as the kind of person who will one day commit suicide.

What a sack of shit! Nothing but a lying entitled (according to him) sack of shit.

I like how he apologizes in that news interview, had he not been running for office that wouldn't have happened.

Glad he dropped out of the race. Hope it ends any future attempts at public office.

Good thing the cop cam was in use. Hope the supervisor and other officers learned something as well. His statement should have been to back up the officer and to take his complaint and make no statements until further review.

The piece of shit called the supervisor while being stopped and according to piece of shit the supervisor was bad mouthing her. IMO the supervisor should be under review and fired.

The essence of the video is between 6:30 and 7:00, where he says he called so-and-so and do you know who he is and so-and-so is a friend of mine, then a pause when the officer says OK and then he says "why are you doing this?"

It couldn't be clearer- his bullying bullshit didn't work, so he expressed exasperation. To me, he exhibits some of the worst character traits of the human race.

What a douchenozzle!

You could’ve knocked me over with a feather when I read he was a Republican candidate as he was such an ass that I assumed Demonrat.

That's why I said that we don't need him and don't want him. This is someone who should never attain any political power.

Absolutely. What was caught on camera is this despicable prick's unfiltered, natural behavior, not the result of a bad mood or having a crappy day. This is 100 percent who he is down to his very core. A disgusting, arrogant piece of shit human being with a power complex. No surprise he wants to be a politician and there is no doubt he would be the worst of the kind if he was elected. The voters there dodged a bullet.

I once stopped a black male driver who was speeding, when I approached he kinda looked familiar. He and his wife were dressed in a suit and she had a nice dress. Said he was going to a wedding. I took his license and his wife was going to to say something but he motioned for her not to. I even said , man you look familiar-where do you work. He told me that he worked in “public service” (whatever that was)

I went back to the patrol car, ran his name and checked warrants and walked back up. Gave him his license and asked if he could slow it down between there and the wedding, he chuckled and said yes he could. I told him to have a nice day.

When I sat back in my car I realized the driver was a sitting judge. He never mentioned it and never said a thing about it when I had cases in front of him. He eventually retired and became the DA.

That’s how you should handle a traffic stop if you “are someone”. He never said he was a judge, or he knew my boss or even asked for a break….his politeness and demeanor and lack of a driving history is what kept him from getting a ticket that day.

Years before that I stopped a magistrate. The first words out of his mouth was “do you know who I am” I told him “no, and it shouldn’t matter” . He got a ticket. And I got a radio call in a few minutes. And a trip to the captains office, and then A trip to the major’s office when I refused to tear up the ticket.

He pled guilty and paid his fine, but I was told to never go to the adjoining county where he worked, because if I got stopped I’d wind up in jail.

I hate people like that. You are the same as me, I put on my pants one leg at a time-just like you.

The district went for Trump 55-45 in 2020 and the current R has been there for 4 or 5 terms. This dude sounds like a real creep. Hopefully he loses in the the primary.

Caren Turner. A Commisioner of the New Jersey Port Authority, in 2018 she was caught on video, I wonder if she is the origin of the term “Karen” today. You can google what she did and see the video. Totally despicable human.
