I feel more comfortable asking this question with my imaginary friends rather than in the real world. I am 67 years old. My problem isn't getting excited, it's being able to maintain an erection for the entire time my wife and I are having sex. Would viagra help with this? What are the pros and cons? Thanks in advance. Actually, it isn't for me, asking for a friend. Smile

Whether it is the blue pill or the yellow one, that is the purpose.
It does not help in the excitement part, it helps in the maintain.

For your needs I would speak to a Dr about it for sure.

People can talk about low T, seeing a urologist, etc...

There are always a lot of side effects listed, but from what I have heard no one I know that takes it has any issues in the cons area.

The pro's? Well, that would be obvious.

But for your question, the answer is yes it would do exactly what you are asking.

For me, the little blue pill that helps me function is an Aleve.

They don't help me much. But I get the generic. My doc writes me a script for 100 mg and I cut them in half. They are about the same price as the 50's.

I got a script from my doc because I wanted to "bring the thunder". He prescribed hundreds of them, which as a married man on a weekly sex ration, I'm good for years.

Anyway,
You gotta take it 30 minutes prior. That's hard to judge especially with kids and crazy bedtimes etc.
Also, I didn't think it made that much of a difference.
Your mileage may vary.

Marginally about your age at the time, Pal, I asked my urologist about ads touting free samples. I didn't think I had any problems but what the hell. Yeah, it works. If I did have a problem, my train of thought could wander, not any more. But yeah, you have to have the right attitude going in, it doesn't just work willy-nilly, so to speak.

I don’t know what happened to my post. Anyway, yes they work. I have a scrip for Sildenafil. 5 sildenafil equals 1 viagra apparently. I use 1. My bottle of 90 will last for a long time. If you have any heart issues beware of these drugs.

Yes, that is what viagra is for. It helps one get and maintain an erection. How well it works varies. So my friends using it tell me.

My insurance is so cheap and crappy it won’t pay for Viagara.

I ended up with the generic Mycoxafloppin.

It doesn’t work well.

FWIW, I have low Testosterone and take injections for that. The yellow pill (Cialias) works better for me than the blue pill. I would definitely get your Testosterone checked in conjunction with the pills.

Hope the headaches and leg pain isn't too bad for you.

I was on Cialis when misdiagnosed for a bladder issue. The halfling was happy, but the frickin' aches and pains were no bueno.

It does the opposite. Viagra was originally designed to help with high blood pressure. Then they realized the common side effect and ran with it.
