No, no it's not. That's all there is. See that and go home. Leave some money tho.

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Going to York and thinking it's Maine is like putting your little toe in the lake and thinking you're swimming.

Only thing worse is going to the Kittery outlets and then going back over the bridge to NH.

But don't forget to check Kittery Trading Post on the way back home!

I shall respect you until you open your mouth, from that point on, you must earn it yourself. July 08, 2017, 07:25 AM

220-9erBeautiful coastline, cold water even in August.
I went there as a kid for years and we stayed just above Kennebunkport.
When you drove up the coast highway there was a large house out on a point and we always wondered who lived there.
Years later we found out that it belonged to a Prescott Bush. Most of the time it seemed to be unoccupied and it seemed like such a waste that nobody was using such a beautiful place.

that's the Nubble Light. Popular spot to dive. Every holiday they raise a Christmas tree up from the bottle to start the holiday season.

The wife asked that very question when we got home.

George HW Bush used it quite frequently while he was president. My wife and I were dating back then and often spent time at Long Sands Beach and the aforementioned Nubble Light and saw Marine One fly over several times.
