I think we are talking about the same thing. I crop in the camera when I compose a picture.


Okay, but in what aspect ratio? Do you always know in advance that you’re going to need prints in 4x6, 3x5, 8x10, or some oddball ratio for interwebz use?

With resolution of most cameras far outpacing necessity, it’s much easier to capture a larger image and crop to whatever size you need later.

That someone else sang the song. But I made that assumption before checking out any of her other material.
