This flu season appears to be very bad. For the first time in my memory I am actually a bit concerned. My wife and I are both "seniors" and she cannot tolerate many antibiotics and other drugs.

So we're being extra-special-careful. To the point where, to avoid bringing it home, I'm beginning to consider staying away from the gym and working out at home for the next two-three months.
