Trying to assess it w/o a pro-Dixon or anti-Whitmer bias I don't know as I'd say "killed it," exactly, but I was impressed by how she handled the debate.

She came across as sincere and capable. When answering questions or doing rebuttals she stayed on-point. She got two or three zingers in on Whitmer. One really good one Whitmer set herself up for Smile

Whitmer, OTOH, was sometimes evasive and sometimes didn't directly address questions or went off-point on rebuttals. The zingers she attempted fell flat or came-across as mud-slinging.

So, trying hard to be as un-biased as possible, I'd still have to give the debate to Dixon.

Man, would it ever be nice to see Witchmer tossed out on her ear--hopefully along with the other two Witches of Lansing: AG Nessel and SoS Benson.

Ive been calling them The Three Stooges since the last election.

Btw, Dixon missed a big opening, again, compliments of Whitmer, when asked "Do you really think books are more dangerous than guns?”

My immediate thought was "Yes, I do." My wife's verbal comment was "Yes."

Dixon could have mentioned examples such as the Christian Bible, the Islamic Koran, Mao's Little Red Book, Hitler's Mein Kampf, and Marx' The Communist Manifesto. Certainly each one of those has had more impact on the history of the world than firearms.

Do you know what's flipped a lot of voters? A trip to the grocery store and the gas station.

And then being robbed by a thug out on a “no bail release” while loading the groceries into the car in the parking lot.

During the Mi. Debate when the softball question was asked about saying something nice about the other, a waste of time in my opinion, Dixon was able to give Whitmer a small compliment. Grech couldn't do that. It went by me but Ms. Pal picked right up on it.

It looks as though Hillary expects a red tsunami
Deplorables 2.0

“Hillary Clinton has suggested that American voters may not 'really understand' the stakes of the upcoming midterm elections, as she argued that GOP gains in Congress could have dire consequences.

Clinton made the remarks in an interview on Tuesday with MSNBC host Joy Reid, who asked the former Democratic presidential nominee whether she believed voters grasped what Republican majorities in the House or Senate would mean.

The dismissive comments echoed her 2016 election gaff wherein she called 'half' of Donald Trump's supporters a 'basket of deplorables' who were 'racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic - you name it.'

'I think that with all of the noise that we've gotten in this election season I don't think that people are really able to grasp that,' Clinton replied.

'But more importantly, I'm not sure they really understand the threats to their way of life. They may think that whoever's chairing a committee, you know, kind of abstract,' she added. …”

She is correct.

Looks like we’re getting another speech on “democracy” from the exalted one tonight…

According to Tudor Dixon, she's now polling even with Wretched Witchmer in the race for Michigan Governor.

The RCP average still shows Witchmer with a slight lead, but is still projecting a GOP win.

PedoJoe is giving a “Threats to Democracy” speech on the tele tonight.

Finally, transparency from the Biden Administration.

I dont know if the ad airs in the Lower Peninsula, but Prosecutors, all Democrats, from three of the most populous counties in Michigan (Wayne, Oakland and Genesee) are pushing a pro abortion vote on a change to the Michigan Constitution to uphold Roe V. Wade. It would appear that this proposed Constitutional change would actually considerably broaden Roe.
What stake does a prosecutor have in this debate? Lots of Doctors are for it as well but their motivations are clear: More money in their pockets. It is quite telling that that the big Dem. cities are trying hard to maintain their hold on Michigan politics. I am hopeful that Dixon will prevail but the stupid is strong in Michigan.

Oh yeah, of course it's airing down here. That and a massive push for Prop. 2, which is equally as bad, if not worse.

Well I was forced to vote early today because of scheduled surgery, so I HOPE it helps. Reason is I'm not impressed with procedures, transparency, and electronic chain of custody, let alone any paper chain of custody, with voting records as managed by various local governments and corrupt democratic power players across the country during non-voting day early voting procedures.

Pray that more good guys are running the voting machinery and laws than bad guys. For myself I'm counting on it, but if I could, I'd design an electronic chain of custody and as the benevolent dictator enforce it.

In any case the good guys must win in the end.

He talked about the extreme hard right element of the Mega-MAGA republicans having taken over their Party, but failed to give any time to the hard-Left, socialist (and violent) element of his Party that has taken it over. Hypocrite!
