After less than two years, our wall oven has broken and the repair is over $800. We are, therefore, in the market for a new one, and this is the first time we've ever had to choose one.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a 30" single wall oven?

Do you have your cut out dimensions? The 30" designation is just the cabinet size. Double or Single? Convection/Air fry feature?

We have an LG double convection. It's ok
Had a Frigidaire Gallery at the prior house, didn't love it.

Parents had a Thermador at their old house & it was awesome.

The current model is a Whirlpool 30" single oven with convection. The cut out dimensions are 27.75" high, 28.5" wide, and 26" deep.

We haven't used the convection feature much. We've always had a basic oven, so this is a new experience for us. After less than two years, I'm certainly interested in reliability and overall cooking performance.

I would avoid LG at all costs, I have had problems with their washers, dryers and recently their ovens. Their customer service sucks too. I will never buy another LG product.

Kitchenaid is what we have and my wife is pretty happy with it.

Ours came already installed, can't say I'd spend my $ on another.
It works fine, but think the control panel might be showing some signs of future issues [dim display, capacitive touch buttons take multiple attempts], mostly on the upper oven.

We bought a new (regular size) GE Profile convection oven 10 yrs ago. My wife hated it. It never browned things properly, especially her home-made pizza.

We got rid of it and bought a Fridgedaire electric oven with induction cook top. The oven cooks much better.

If our 30 yr old GE wall oven ever goes out, we'll replace it with a Fridgedaire.

Any of the Whirlpool family 30" ovens (Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag) are direct fits.

The most basic of them is WOES3030LS.

The KitchenAids are beautiful ovens. Model KOSE900HSS has some cool features, if you will use them. But it's spendy.

I've been a Whirlpool dealer for 42 years so I'm partial to their products.

Honestly, with the replacement cost and only 2 years old, I'd consider repairing yours. Look for an email from Appliance Brad.

Do you have a good one already (you didn't say model). A new decent one is likely $2.5K plus. If yours was something decent I would fix it. If not I've been ok with the GE one.
