It's a form of passive-aggressive complaining, but, with "topics members might consider searching for prior to asking or discussing" that is precisely what you're doing.

Do members post questions and ask for opinions on things that have been posted or asked over-and-over again dozens-upon-dozens of times? Yes, they do. Do they sometimes do so obviously without having even tried an even superficial search here or on the web? Clearly they do.

Has this very subject/complaint likewise been brought up or mentioned numerous times?

Yeah, it has.

Is any of this going to change anytime within our lifetimes?

Not. Bloody. Likely.

Next let's do a spelling/grammar thread. We haven't had one of those in a while (*).

(*) Where "while" is defined as "Within the last few minutes."

"America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system,,,, but too early to shoot the bastards." -- Claire Wolfe
"If we let things terrify us, life will not be worth living." -- Seneca the Younger, Roman Stoic philosopher

I don't think there is anything wrong with it, bendable. I didn't read anything into your intent. Others may have, I guess. I am confusion. Yes, confusion.

No not that one, you will never buy a Glock until you do, so that's pretty important to track.

Fifteen. OK.
I guess those would be things not recently discussed but that have had a good bit of discussion in the past.
Belts have been, but not that much recently as I recall.
Holsters probably go with that too. Maybe even leather or plastic of some sort.
Various calibers.
Double/single action or single action only.
Shotguns for home defense, haven’t seen that one lately.
Ballistics and gelatin testing. That’s be worn out many times over, but if you got to know, better search for it first.
AR vs AK.
Ford or Chevy. Just kidding.
Glock vs the world.
Iron sights vs red dots.
Safety or no safety.
Best brand of ammo.
How many rounds before you can trust for CCW?
Should I post personal insults? Good luck with that.
Should I carry where it’s clearly not legal? Or recommend that others do?

Cats. If you don't do a search before starting a new thread about cats, you will miss the most important thread in the entire internet: the Enough with the cat pictures thread. Razz
