I like it well enough but I have a sweet tusk. (That's like a sweet tooth, only bigger...)

Sorta lost it's appeal about the time I gave up alcohol tho.

YES PLEASE!!!! Big Grin

I have gone through several gallons of it so far. Every year I tell myself I need to figure out how to make some room in the freezer to stash enough for the "off season". Sadly I still have not been able to make enough room to last more than a month Frown

Drinking some right now. Oh it's amazing. I've had several quarts the last two weeks.

Exceptionally great because:
1: I hadn't had any in 25+ years.
2: I "off sugar".. so I'm being very bad drinking it, but I'm making an exception for the holidays. There's no alcohol in it, but since I'm off sugar my body is reacting like there is. My head is swimming right now.

These threads have me thinking about it also.

I can't get enough egg nog.

My wife makes a mean egg nog cheesecake.

Every time I have egg nog, it makes me sick.

Absolutely worth it.

I've never had homemade Eggnog but I doubt it's as good as the stuff Oberweiss makes. Man it's good. Creamy thick, you almost need a spoon to eat it. I promised myself last year that I would not get crazy with it this year so I am limiting myself to one half gallon this year as we get closer to the holidays. I LOVE it.

Love it. Especially with a healthy 6 to 8 glugs of your favorite spirit in it.

I’ve never ever ever had eggnog - neither the nonalcoholic nor the alcoholic. For some reason, true or not, I’ve always believed it tasted like raw eggs and sour milk. also, I’ve never had cottage cheese. I may try eggnog this season, but there will never be a season for cottage cheese.

They have Farm Crest milk stores here. The egg nog made by their dairy is amazing. They have a light version but, uh, no.

We get a couple quarts for Christmas and I usually mix it with dark rum. I put in a few cubes and drink it fast. The colder the better.
