Love it!
The wheels though just don’t like the wheels.

Still think the AMG E-wagon looks better.
Good to have options.

IIRC, its this the AMG & Panamera Sport Turismo for the lux performance options here.

Wish we got the C wagon here.

I went the electric route my last car purchase. It sucks (electric cars in general) in my opinion, and I won't be buying another electric ever again if I can help it.
The Audi RS6 on the other hand, is one sexy beast!!!

What an amazing video! Having a young son that loves cars like I do it really hit home. My old 2001 Audi A4 Quattro V6 6-speed was a great car. I loved how it drove and it was my first real purchase after graduating college and starting my career. It was used of course, but I had been driving a POS Mazda for a couple years to save money that I had literally purchased for $150 so the Audi was a dream.

I'll never forget driving my A4 Quattro around in a blizzard with my girlfriend at the time (much later to become my wife), and just handling the snow like a boss while the SUV's were lining the ditches left and right.

Unfortunately it was pretty much done at 127k miles. It needed so many repairs that it made no sense to keep throwing money at it. I traded it on a Lexus IS300 and have been daily driving Japanese cars since. However I still look at the new sporty Audi's very fondly. I would never own one outside of the warranty though, so it will be a long time before I would spend that kind of money on a new one. Still, that RS6 Avant is an amazing machine.

I’m a Mercedes guy. The E63 is almost impossible to beat. One of the best cars ever built. I had a 2017, and it was the shit. I miss it sometimes. It’s an Audi. Third place.

My '15 C-Class was only a C300 with the AMG sport pkg, but it was a great car.

Got out of it when the CPO warranty expired & before the Euro repairs started up.

Yeah, well, I remember a few other vehicles you've had that had wheels you didn't like (Hmmnn, maybe Sienna, haha Smile ).

Beautiful car. I'd take this or the E63 in a heartbeat, something about a fast station wagon (or whatever else you want to call it). Too expensive given the repair costs.

Not a "stealth" performance call with the wheels and aggressive design.

My first car purchase after college was a used 2001 Audi A4 Avant V6. Had Koni Coilovers dropped about 2” and that thing was sick in the handling department and an absolute blast to drive.
Greatest vehicle I have ever driven in the snow. You could walk that thing sideways down the entire street if you wanted it was so controllable.

Sadly not.
RS6 won’t fit 3 car seats across, likely not a good Offroad contender, and I am probably 100k short on funds.
So maybe I pick up a 2021 in 10 years.

Dad had a 2003 BMW 540iT, it was a 540 sport wagon with a bunch of M badges, but not a true M car. Had a v8 that pushed around 300hp if I recall.

man that car was fun!

My build on their site was only $137,240.

Those wheels are a part of a $6,350 Carbon Optic package, and the ceramic brakes are a $9,000 option. Whee!!!

$9k for the CCB option. Whats the replacement cost for pads/rotors on all 4 corners? Eek

Reminds me of the SLR McLaren. IIRC it was something like $32k for front rotors & MB required them replaced in pairs.

So he married her for her Audi and they lived happily ever after. That, kids, is the true meaning of life.

That is a great commercial, but I started watching without the sound and for about the first 50-60 seconds, I thought the late 1970s model was the new car. I was thinking they were taking the retro craze way too far. Smile

Beautiful vehicle. As a former owner of a 5 series BMW and an Audi A5, I am personally done with German autos. They drive and handle great, but they are not durable and require way too much maintenance for my taste. If one is prepared for the residual costs after warranty, and the dealer is good about a loaner vehicle, then it should be a lot of fun.
