I had an epiphany about 3 years ago... pre-covid after having a major heart attack;

We are all going to die and there ain't a damn thing we can do about it.

I'd prefer not to have a cold the whole time I'm waiting.

Would you explain that observation?
Are you criticizing people who are concerned about their quality of life between now and when they die?
Is your quality of life so bad that you don’t care about others’ or is it so good that you have no appreciation of what poor quality of life can be?
Curious minds and all that.

Seems like its going away the past few days though but yesterday in the morning I sneezed like 20 times within 15 minutes.

Same for me from Jan 15. Had lingering cough and congestion. Then this weekend thought I might be getting to China flu a second time. Slight fever, cough, congestion, etc. Thankfully I tested negative. I am getting sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Come to think of it..yes. Used to have to take antihistamines only about the time all of the maples and oaks, etc. are blossoming. Now, it's year-round since mid Feb. 2020.

OP, I’m not discounting the Covid aspect- I’m struggling with fatigue, brain fog and a variety of other weird little things since I was vx, but I had a case of either walking pneumonia/legionnaires in the early 2000s that sounded a lot like your description.. I went on a dive trip to Honduras and came back with a pretty good cold, which I thought I shook..but then as soon as I started to feel better I crashed again, and recouped, and crashed again, etc. Finally went to the doc and got something of a dx, they started me on a zpack and I recovered. Never felt 100% after that, but MUCH better.

The lingering is addressed in this article, "cancelling the spike protein."

I had mild coughing up stuff for about a month after Covid, which pissed me off. So I dug into it and found this study, journal, whatever. I did the protocol and it knocked it right out. Been gone ever since.

1. 5 grams of Vitamin C a day. I ordered this one as it's recommended in the article. Not cheap but supposed to absorb better. They say intravenous C is best, then IV push next, then this product. As a doctor dodger, I opted for #3 and it did the job.

2. Ordered Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and put it into a Cpap because I don't have a nebulizer. Buddy gave me a Cpap years ago, so put it to use.

3. I don't remember but I think I took another dose of the Ivermectin Horse Paste. I liked the Apple flavor.

I also take NAC twice a day, Zinc, Iodine, B, Magnesium, Lipotropic factors, and lots of coffee. I couldn't shake the morning cough something up stuff and I could feel it kind of cycling to "worse" and then get a little better over that month period. But wouldn't fully go away, felt fine otherwise. This protocol knocked it out immediately after day 5.

Careful inhaling that HP. I was conservative with it the first few days and thought it wasn't doing anything, can't taste it or wasn't sure it was evaporating. So I put a LOT more in and put the Cpap in my mouth and breathed HARD for about 20 mins. Cough changed to that teary paper bag kinda feel for a while. Big Grin
